Junior Kings race past HIT Canada

Dec. 16 - Potsdam, NY.  Kevin LoGuidice tallied back to back hat tricks to lead the Junior Kings past a stunned HIT Canada team on Saturday and Sunday. Will DeFusco notched a pair of goals in the Saturday and netminders Zach Scott and Connor Widenmeyer got credit for a shutout on Sunday.

Solid play by defensemen Zach Necci and Ben Scott gave the offensive game a boost.  Houston Foster and Dan Kacerosky had multiple point weekends.  “There was a tremendous effort from the whole team to beat a previously undefeated league member.  I have never been so proud in ten years of coaching. Every player on the team has improved so much since the beginning of the season- there is no more you can ask for,” commented coach Golczewski. Dec 15 Scoring- Junior Kings- 6, HIT- 1.  LoGuidice (4g, 2a), Kacerosky (1g, 2a), DeFusco (2g), Scott (2a), Gunerman (1a), Vassilev (1a), Necci (1a).  Scott (win) Dec 16 Scoring - Junior Kings 7- HIT 0.
